feeding

Feeding kids has to be one of the world's toughest jobs. I used to think the task was easy. Until I had
kids of my own, that is. I bring to the table 8 years of experience in the world of nourishing babies and children in my role as a registered dietitian in a newborn intensive care and pediatric unit. But maybe more importantly, I bring my experience as mom to three little ones. I am in the trenches with you, maneuvering the confusing messages on how to can raise kids who eat well.

Below you will find quick reference links to some of my posts specific to nutrition and strategies and methodologies for feeding kids. Feel free to explore the links here as well as the recipe posts on my blog for some new ideas to serve up at your table. If you have any questions or topics you would like to hear more about, drop me a line or leave me a comment and I will get back to you!
